All teaching staff are specialists in at least one area of the National Curriculum, but also teach
in other areas as appropriate. All staff are familiar with the use of Information Technology across the curriculum.
The
support staff tend to be attached to 'specialist' areas of the curriculum, as well as assisting teachers in the planning,
preparation and management of resources.
